Professional staff are mentored by their Supervising Partner and Head of Department to support their desired career development.
Hybrid Working Arrangements
Our hybrid working policy allows staff the opportunity to balance their personal and work commitments by working from home for part of the week if they choose to.
Learning and Development
We know that supporting our staff’s learning and development ultimately benefits our clients.
We pay for our staff to attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and share knowledge gained across the teams to keep us up to date with changes to the way we work and changes in the law. We also pay for our staff to be members of the Law Institute of Victoria.
We encourage and support our staff to be an active part of our ongoing business development which includes participating in an annual strategic planning day.

Location
We operate an Inner City Carlton office and a Yarra Valley Lilydale office and employ staff who live in our local community.
