Work is only one aspect of our life.  We all have family and social commitments that we need to balance.  We try our best to accommodate flexible working arrangements whilst still meeting the needs of our clients. 

Each staff member’s situation is different, so flexibility means different things to everyone.  We are committed to discuss these arrangements with our team to support their work, wellbeing and life balance.

Career Progression

Career discussions are a regular occurrence.

There is the opportunity for career progression for all staff in the future. 

Professional staff are mentored by their Supervising Partner and Head of Department to support their desired career development. 

Hybrid Working Arrangements

Our hybrid working policy allows staff the opportunity to balance their personal and work commitments by working from home for part of the week if they choose to.

Learning and Development

We know that supporting our staff’s learning and development ultimately benefits our clients. 

We pay for our staff to attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and share knowledge gained across the teams to keep us up to date with changes to the way we work and changes in the law.  We also pay for our staff to be members of the Law Institute of Victoria. 

We encourage and support our staff to be an active part of our ongoing business development which includes participating in an annual strategic planning day.   

Culture

We encourage an enjoyable, fun and professional culture which supports a work, wellbeing and life balance.  We value family and our supportive team feels like family to us.

We are focussed on our team being able to enjoy coming to work in a positive, safe and fun team environment.

Birthday Leave

If your birthday falls on your usual work day, our gift to you is an additional day off to celebrate (that does not come out of your annual leave).

Location

We operate an Inner City Carlton office and a Yarra Valley Lilydale office and employ staff who live in our local community.
