In keeping with this mission we offer a Fixed Fee Divorce Service. You will be given a written cost agreement with a fixed fee for your divorce.

What is divorce?
The Divorce is only the legal end to the marriage. Property, maintenance and parenting (custody) matters are dealt with separately.
When can I divorce?
In order to apply for divorce you must satisfy the Court that you and your spouse have lived separately apart for at least 12 months, and there is no reasonable likelihood of resuming married life.
What is "no fault" divorce?
In Australia, we have "no fault" divorce. This means that you do not need to have a reason for wanting to divorce.
Can I divorce my spouse without their consent?
There is no obligation to obtain your spouse's consent however you are required to serve them with a copy of the application documents in accordance with the Court rules. Some couples choose to make an application for divorce jointly but this is not mandatory.
