We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team, Diana Lawrence. Diana joins RNG Lawyers with a wealth of expertise in estate planning, estate administration, and commercial law, bringing a new depth of knowledge and experience to our practice.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and diplomas in both financial planning and financial services, ensuring that her legal advice is complemented by a strong understanding of financial principles. Her career prior to becoming a legal practitioner in 2019 includes senior roles at notable firms such as Macquarie Bank and AustralianSuper. During this time, she gained over 15 years of experience advising a diverse range of clients on superannuation, financial products, and asset structuring.
At RNG Lawyers, Diana will be providing a comprehensive range of legal services. Her expertise includes drafting standard and complex wills, powers of attorney, and medical decision-maker appointments. She is skilled in handling binding nominations and superannuation death benefits, as well as disputing trustee decisions through various resolution channels.
Diana also assists clients with probate and letters of administration applications, offering guidance to executors and administrators in estate administration. Her commercial law services cover the use and operation of trusts and business structures, the sale and purchase of businesses, and the drafting of loan agreements and terms of trade, website terms, and privacy policies.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, furry companions, and large European family. She is an avid traveller with a passion for quiz shows and crosswords.
