Frank was admitted to practice in 2004 and joined RNG Lawyers in 2006. Frank became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2013 and became a partner on 1 July 2016. Frank is the head of our Family law team.
His experience as a family lawyer covers all matters relating to separation, divorce, property settlements, children, child support, and maintenance for both married and de facto couples (including same-sex couples).
He is committed to resolving matters without the need or expense of court proceedings, however he knows that in some circumstances court will be necessary. At court hearings, he represents his clients' interests skillfully, once again ensuring the best outcome possible.
Frank approaches each client's situation with sensitivity, ensuring the client outcome is both fair and cost-effective.
Frank is a committed member of the Carlton community and is a current serving board member of Drummond Street Services. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law.
