With over 15 years of experience, she has provided advice to a diverse range of clients on superannuation, including self-managed superannuation funds, financial products, and asset structuring.

Diana specialises in estate planning, estate administration, and commercial law, with extensive expertise in all matters related to superannuation. Holding a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and diplomas in both financial planning and financial services, Diana combines her legal knowledge with a robust financial background.

Diana's practice encompasses a wide range of services, including drafting standard and complex Wills, powers of attorney, and medical decision-maker appointments. She is proficient in handling binding nominations and superannuation death benefits, as well as disputing trustee decisions through various resolution channels.
