Future Needs and the Section 75(2) Factors

The Family Law Courts must consider the future prospects of each party having regard to the matters set out in Section 75(2) of the Family Law Act as part of making a order for division of property.

In Family Law, this requirement is often referred to as a party's "Future Needs" or "the section 75(2) factors".
